I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Blue Collar Dream Truck & Dozer Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on November 3, 2025 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on March 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor: BlueCollarGiveaway.com, 3990 Ebenezer Rd, Toone, TN 38381 (“Sponsor”).
The official clock for the Sweepstakes is Sponsor’s computer system.

II. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Michigan), the District of Columbia, and Canada who are 18 years of age or older (19 in AB, BC, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, YT, AL, and NE) and possess a valid driver’s license. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, affiliated companies, distributors, dealers, advertising/marketing agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

III. HOW TO ENTER
1) Purchase Entry: Each $1 USD spent (excluding tax and shipping) on eligible merchandise at BlueCollarGiveaway.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Entrant must provide full name, address, phone, and email at checkout.
2) Multiplier Promotions: Sponsor may offer limited-time entry multipliers (e.g., 10×, 20×, 30× … up to 100×). Announcements will be posted on the website and/or social media. Entries during those periods automatically receive the multiplier.
3) Exclusive/Bundle Offers: Certain products may grant bonus entries (e.g., 1,000 entries per bundle) as stated on the product page.
4) Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without purchase, hand-print “Blue Collar Dream Truck & Dozer Giveaway Entry”, your full name, address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, phone, email, and date of birth on a 3 × 5 inch card. Place in a standard envelope with hand-written return address and mail to:

Each valid mail-in entry equals seventy-five (75) entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 25, 2026 and received by March 30, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Bulk shipments or photocopies are void.
To qualify for a multiplier period, write “MULTIPLE-10×”, “MULTIPLE-50×”, etc., on the bottom-left corner of the envelope corresponding to the announced promotion.
Maximum total entries per participant: 40,000, regardless of method.

IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information collected is used solely to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://bluecollargiveaway.com/privacy-policy). Personal data will not be sold or shared.

V. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; technical malfunctions; or tampering. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for fraud, force majeure, or any other reason beyond its control, and award prizes from eligible entries received to that point.

VI. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
• 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 L Cummins Diesel with G56 Manual Transmission
• Komatsu D20P-6 Bulldozer
• 30-foot Gooseneck Trailer
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100,000 USD.
Winner is responsible for registration, title, taxes, insurance, and transport costs. Prizes are awarded “as is.” No cash substitution or transfer allowed.

VII. WINNER SELECTION
On or about April 5, 2026, the Sponsor (or independent auditor) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on total entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

VIII. PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Canadian winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for U.S. winners. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor makes no warranties beyond manufacturer coverage.

IX. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotion without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

X. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE
All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or injury arising from participation or prize use. Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

XI. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts of Tennessee. Participants waive rights to class actions or punitive damages.
